So recently some problems with my shaft began and it has started to vibrate strongly even if it has no load. I don't see any of heavy points and i even tried to spin the drum so that it stopped with the heavy spot at the bottom and placed a weight on top. After this, the drum no longer stops with the heavy spot down and the the vibration got slightly better but stil it appears. So i started to check the bearings there because it was loose and vibration got slightly better but still present. Ho can i remove vibration guys? I even thought of buying balancing instruments and i also have have a mower and drying fans and i even found a few under $5000: Vibromera, ADASH, ACEPOM322 (Chinese). What can i do here as well guys?

It might be worth checking the alignment of the shaft. Misalignment can often cause vibrations even if the bearings seem fine.

I recently tackled the issue of drive shaft balancing on my truck using a tool called the Balanset. Remarkably, this device allowed me to perform the balancing without even removing the drive shaft. Initially, I was quite skeptical about the process, so I decided to temporarily attach the balancing weights with clamps. To my surprise, once the weights were in place, the vibration that had been bothering me completely disappeared. Seeing such impressive results, I went ahead and welded the weights on permanently. The Balanset has proven to be a fantastic tool—it’s not only affordable but also highly effective and easy to use. It handled the task perfectly and exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and economical solution for drive shaft balancing, I highly recommend giving the Balanset a try
Yes you did static balancing and as far as i know it is suited for narrow rotors, like grinding wheels, while i suggest you to imagine that you have wide rotors where the heavy spot is at the bottom and the heavy spot is at the top on the other side. When you rotate it 90 degrees these spots balance each other out and the rotor doesn’t turn with the heavy spot down. But when you start it spinning these heavy spots create centrifugal force which causes vibration and it only be corrected can only be corrected with dynamic balancing because it doesn’t show in static balancing. I would also inspect for cracks in the welds and check bolt tightness. We did a drive shaft balancing and compared Balanset1 and ADASH VA4. Both instruments produced good results. The FFT matched on both. For balancing, ADASH showed 238 grams at 103 degrees, while Balanset showed 244 grams at 114 degrees. Nearly the same. By the way a laptop is needed for Balanset but ADASH does not
